A little bit about me at work is that I have a hard work mentality and a goal to make and produce perfection every time I am given a task. Because of that, it has given me 11+ years of DJing, over the phone, and in person customer service experience and to always give over the moon experiences and quality to clients and customers. It is the main reason why my customer service skills are the best because I always strive to give the customers what they pay for and even more. Another skill in my arsenal would be my organizational skills; they excel highly and are recognized by multiple managers that I have worked for within PSAV. For instance, when I started working in the warehouse located in South Florida, I was promoted within a month to the Inventory Control Coordinator Position and was able to reduce missing inventory by over 40% and due to this was promoted to the same position at The Boca Raton Resort and Club within PSAV and was able to restructure and reorganize all 9 of the inventory locations and reduce missing inventory by over 56%
