About
On the record
I am an Architect and Urban Designer passionate about creating inclusive, sustainable, and people-centered urban spaces. My work focuses on how design can shape behavior, promote equity, and improve everyday urban life. I hold a Bachelor’s in the Built Environment and a Master’s in Architecture and Urban Design from the University of Malta. My Master’s thesis explored rethinking city design through green infrastructure and sustainable mobility, using Gżira as a case study. My undergraduate dissertation examined the links between navigation patterns, sexual harassment, and street design, highlighting how urban spaces can influence safety and social equity. I am currently a Graduate Urban Designer at CrowdNet, contributing to projects that prioritize sustainability, accessibility, and community engagement. Previously, I gained hands-on experience as an Architectural Intern at Create-it Studio and Project Green, working on urban regeneration, green infrastructure, and public space design. My core interests include green infrastructure, playscapes, alternative transportation, and spatial equity. I am driven by the belief that well-designed environments can foster connection, play, and wellbeing while addressing the social and environmental challenges of modern cities. I aim to continue designing spaces that bridge environmental responsibility with social value, advocating for urban futures that are sustainable, inclusive, and vibrant.
