I am a retired Senior Research Scientist from the Nigerian Institute for Oil Palm Research (NIFOR) with over 25 years of experience in agricultural research, biotechnology, and crop improvement. Throughout my career, I contributed significantly to tropical crop science, sustainable farming systems, and extension services that connected farmers with scientific innovations. Currently, I serve as Farm Manager at Thersam Farm in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, where I oversee crop cultivation, greenhouse operations, and sustainable agricultural practices. I focus on improving productivity, efficiency, and the development of high-quality farm produce while ensuring environmentally friendly methods. Alongside my agricultural work, I also serve as a Pastor with 27 years of ministry experience, providing spiritual leadership, mentoring, and community outreach. My passion lies in integrating faith, science, and leadership to create lasting impact in both agriculture and people’s lives.
