I believe that every organization has the potential to thrive through innovation. I also know that in the absence of the right help, innovation is difficult and messy. My vision is to help businesses embrace new ways of thinking and working that are agile, collaborative, and empowering. I want to inspire a shift where creativity, experimentation, and growth become integral to everyday business, creating environments where people feel encouraged to contribute their best ideas and drive meaningful change. I am Alexandra Popescu, former Head of Innovation & Chief of Growth, and my mission is to partner with you to unlock your company's potential for growth by creating the necessary capabilities and fostering a culture of innovation. I work with businesses to help them discover fresh perspectives and more effective ways of working. I believe in creating spaces where people can develop essential skills like creativity and critical thinking, and where new ideas can flourish. Together, we can create an environment that encourages bold thinking, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Here is how I help my clients- I work with leaders to help them decide on the appropriate innovation strategy, governance model and define the right metrics to measure results- I train teams and guide them through each step of the innovation process- I select the right innovation tools and methods for diverse business challenges, and help organizations build internal capabilities- I coach and mentor people who want to turn innovation into tangible results. I collaborate with a diverse range of clients across industries, including prominent names like Continental Automotive, NN, Sodexo, Technical University of Iasi, Synevo, Omniasig or Hilio by eMAG- Guiding the next generation of innovators is something I hold close to my heart. I've had the privilege of mentoring over 100 startups formed by high-school teams and college students, and I will continue to support them with the belief that creativity and entrepreneurship are skills of the future that should be nurtured early on- Sharing insights and sparking conversations in the world of innovation, I wear the hat of a speaker and host my own podcast,"House of Innovation." I am also a content creator for Gaze-tta.com where I share inspiring entrepreneurial stories and best practices.
