I'm a Canadian researcher and lecturer with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion in organizations. My teaching covers Intercultural Management, DEI, Project Management, Research Methods, Eloquence, and Business English. A background in neuroscience opened the door to collaborating with the French team on a European epilepsy inclusion study, which aims to develop an online training platform to support the workplace inclusion of people with epilepsy. Current research explores inclusive leadership and inclusive pedagogy through AI-powered VR simulations. Experience as the founder and general manager of a professional training center now informs my consulting and coaching practice, working with CEOs, HR directors, sales teams, and other professionals seeking to advance their careers. Nearly two decades spent running a children’s afterschool activity center sparked a lasting interest in education. That experience continues to shape ongoing efforts to improve learning environments and foster student success. My academic path includes a BSc in Human Biology from the University of Toronto, an MSc in Commerce from Université de Grenoble Alpes, and ongoing doctoral studies in Business Administration at Grenoble Ecole de Management.
