Career Profile Due to my career to date within the UK, Middle East (Qatar) and Cyprus, I have built up an invaluable set of transferable skills especially in relation to delivering excellent customer service and support, people management, administration, and organisational skills, as well as delivering to customer and management high expectations. I am highly self-motivated and self-reliant in managing myself and my team’s workload, using my own initiative as required in order to deliver results. I am comfortable working with my customers and clients whatever their level or stature. Having moved to Cyprus in 2017, this prompted a career change due to the limitations within the Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. My experience and transferable skills made this an easy transition. I have embraced all challenges and opportunities that have come my way.
