I have worked for two years in the administration department of AB Insurance Private Limited from April 2019 to May 2021. I used to connect with customers while offering them support through, email, chat and phone calls as far as renewal of their insurance policies were concerned. Further, I also managed documents, bills and other data of the organisation apart from conducting recruitment of employees. I managed the data in MS Excel.
