About
On the record
I am a Chilean architect with an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Diploma in International Business from UCLA. I also hold postgraduate diplomas in Real Estate Management, Landscape Architecture, and Heritage Restoration. For over two decades, I have dedicated my career to the real estate sector, with experience spanning market research, project development, business expansion, and strategic leadership—both in corporate and entrepreneurial contexts. I have led initiatives across Chile, Peru, and other Latin American countries, and evaluated opportunities in the U.S. and beyond. In 2016, I co-founded DEVISA (Desarrollos y Viviendas), a real estate development firm focused on residential and office projects in middle- and high-income segments. Today, we are managing six active projects in Chile, representing USD 280 million in projected sales, and recently launched our first multifamily development in Peru—becoming the first Chilean firm to enter this emerging sector. Beyond business, I have been actively engaged in industry development through the Chilean Chamber of Construction, where I currently serve as- National Councilor (2023–2026)- Chair of the International Affairs Commission - Member of the Innovation Node, Alternative Financing Commission, and Housing 2035 Initiative (Financing Pillar) I have also participated in key working groups on Urban Regulation, City & Territory, ENASEI, and Residential Rental Markets. On a personal note, I am 48 years old, married, and a proud father of two daughters. I value family, purpose-driven work, and building long-term relationships based on trust, innovation, and shared growth.
