As the Employer Branding Solutions Lead at kariera.gr, I oversee the product development of various services that help our clients enhance their employer brand and attract talent. I have 3 years of experience in this role, and I hold certifications from LinkedIn and Ph.Creative (UK based Employer Branding agency) on Employer Branding. I partner with stakeholders across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization, and I turn data insights into actionable strategic outcomes for our partners. I work in an agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks. I also leverage my expertise in employer branding to create and deliver workshops, trainings, and curricula for various audiences and platforms. My personal perspective and guide in life is "Striving for excellence is not simple, but it's possible!" I am a doer, an organized person who is willing to work hard to achieve my personal and team's goals. I am a solution-oriented person and a problem solver, confident enough to orchestrate my actions with innovative techniques and methods. I am also passionate about travelling, cycling, running, entrepreneurship, and volunteerism, and I serve as a member of the board of directors at Ethelon, a leading NGO for volunteerism in Greece.
