I’m Michaela, a GIS and remote sensing specialist with a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and an Associate’s degree in Meteorology. I have hands-on experience managing and analyzing spatial and environmental data using tools like ArcGIS, QGIS, and ENVI. My background in geography and meteorology gives me a strong foundation to understand complex environmental systems and translate data into useful insights. In addition to GIS, I have experience in data curation and annotation for AI and machine learning projects. I am comfortable working remotely, collaborating with teams across time zones, and using tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, and basic Python to organize and analyze data. I am detail-focused, organized, and committed to clear communication and meeting deadlines.
