As head of department for 65+ colleagues working in global communication, I have a strong interest in cultivating a sustainable workplace culture where wellbeing and performance go hand in hand. I have learnt that there are limits to how much pressure the brain can handle and we all need to work in a balanced, focused way in order to give the brain the best working conditions. Using insights from my 13+ years experience as a leader and advisor, I try to set an example of how to thrive as a communicator in a busy world full of distractions while prioritising self-care. Here on LinkedIn, I often share perspectives on global communication, future leadership and the importance of building a healthy workspace - and I’m always open to any thoughts, ideas and inspiration.
