My career journey has been rooted in Sales / Trade Marketing and Distribution within the FMCG industry, working with top-tier companies such as British American Tobacco South Africa (BAT), Brandhouse (Diageo), and Heineken. Over the years, I’ve developed a versatile skill set that goes beyond my this, and encompasses sales development, data analysis, strategic planning, and team support. These roles have allowed me to excel in both functional expertise and leadership, shaping my ability to drive business growth. I’ve had the privilege of traveling across multiple African markets, working cross-functionally with diverse teams and navigating various business disciplines. These experiences have given me a holistic understanding of business operations and the entire value chain, as well as invaluable insights into the power of diversity and collaboration. This exposure is not only my greatest learning opportunity but also what I consider my most significant value proposition. My career path may not follow a traditional trajectory, but it’s one I wouldn’t trade for anything.
