I am currently working as an HR Administrator at MOC Group, where I handle HR administration, employee data management, and internal communication to support organizational effectiveness. Previously, I gained experience as a Full-time Administrative Secretary and also completed an HR internship, which enhanced my skills in administration, problem-solving, and HR processes. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universitas Indonesia Membangun, with a strong interest in Human Resources. During my studies, I was actively involved in various academic projects and programs, including the National Student Exchange Program, serving as a Sexual Violence Response Staff on campus, and joining the Peer Mentoring Program. These experiences strengthened my interpersonal communication, empathy, and leadership skills. With a combination of academic background and professional experience, I bring expertise in HR administration, communication, conflict resolution, and digital HR tools. I am passionate about building a career in Human Resources and contributing to the development of people and organizations.
