While you will still see me in design meetings on projects, over the last few years, my role in the company has changed. As the President & CEO, I have been steadily working to structure, scale and grow Aercoustics for the future. I believe that in order to do this you need to have strong individuals, strong teams and a strong culture. We have exceptional talent at Aercoustics, at all levels of the organization, and as a leader, my number one priority is to develop and retain our talent and build a high performance culture. The hardest part about my job is leading and managing team members and partners who are smarter than me! I am extremely proud to be part of such a strong team. Under my leadership, we have successfully implemented several initiatives aimed towards growing our business and presence. This has included a sales and business development process, new marketing initiative and new product/service streams. We are excited about what the future holds for Aercoustics. My project experience has covered the full breadth of Aercoustics services, but am mainly focused and specialized on acoustics, noise and vibration services as they apply to architectural design. Over the last 10 years, I have been privileged to have been a part of several exciting projects. Most notable for me have been Corus Quay, Sick Kids Peter Gilgan Research and Learning Centre, and Thunder Bay Consolidated Courthouse.
