Furthermore, I love enabling the professional growth of your HR team members through HR Upskilling in topics like Future of Work, HR Business Partnering, People Analytics, Change Management, and Talent Management. My professional journey as an HR leader, consultant, and team coach over the past 25 years has brought me across a variety of businesses and geographies. During my years in corporate multinational roles in a.o. the Lighting and HealthTech industry, I partnered with business leadership and teams in the organization to design and realize business and culture transformations, ranging from high growth to business turnaround and downsizing situations. In specialist roles in Leadership & Talent Development, Capability Building, International Mobility, and Team Effectiveness, I have further built the depth and solidity of my HR & Change expertise. I have worked based out of the Netherlands and India and worked internationally with teams across the globe. During the past 7 years at KennedyFitch, I have thoroughly enjoyed my collaboration with clients, co-creating impactful and implementable solutions to a variety of organizational, transformation, and people challenges they were facing.
