The majority of my career has been spent in business and product development, with significant experience in residential building/development and renewable energy markets. My development experience has traditionally involved interpreting market research and evaluating project potential based on a variety of factors including demographics and existing markets. After assessing a project’s profitability and growth potential, I have built financial models projecting costs to produce or purchase, implement marketing strategies and estimate future profitability. Once a product has been determined to be profitable venture, I have developed and managed teams taking the product to market. In addition, I have implemented procedures after the initial sale to monitor and control costs during installation, ensuring long-term profitability. I have been fortunate to work with exceptional teams whose efforts have led to great success. My greatest satisfaction comes from building a cohesive team that understands and works towards a common vision, mission and goal.
