Food-tech entrepreneur, Biotechnology and bioengineering scientist I left my career in academia to be an entrepreneur. After my postdoctoral research, I co-founded Luyef Biotechnologies and accelerated the transition to a more sustainable and animal-free food industry. Before turning 30, I got my Ph.D. in molecular and cellular biology, and as a result of my doctoral degree, I've published more than seven papers and won international awards. Despite that success, I decided to become an entrepreneur and live my dream. My role in Luyef is being the CTO, responsible for managing, assuring quality, and improving our company's technological aspect in producing ingredients to enable plant-based and cultivated meat.
