I am a passionate Product Owner driven to support the growth of new ventures and technology ecosystems. Currently, I lead the Training Team at Amii, where in my first three months, I've managed a team-size doubling, spearheaded the launch of a new Learning Management System (LMS), and supported the team to rapidly develop and launch 10 courses, including a new MOOC for Coursera. Prior to this, as the Product Owner for the Advanced Technology team (covering a maternity leave), I was a key leader during a period of rapid expansion. I led the team's growth from 13 to 40 people, oversaw the largest number of active client projects the organization had ever managed, and was instrumental in supporting the business development and sales processes. My career is rooted in the tech ecosystem. As the former Product Owner for Startups at Amii, my team built programming to help founders explore, build, and deploy ML & AI. My foundational experience comes from my time at Startup Edmonton and in policy and program management with the Government of Alberta. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in HR Management from the University of Alberta. Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my family, enjoying a local craft beer, or getting lost in the mountains or the theories of A Song of Ice, The King Killer Chronicle, Fire and Marvel.
