I am a 3 years experienced adult clinical psychologist, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. During my clinical practice, I have applied several approaches and techniques in supporting my service and proven success. The approaches that I experienced using are cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance, and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. During my clinical experiences, I have managed some cases ranging from daily problems to clinical problems. Specifically, I have been working with clients with daily-normal stress issues, relation-related problems (social interaction issues, romantic relationships, and family), emotion regulation difficulties, and work-related problems. My clinical expertise doesn't only apply to individual or group treatment in counseling sessions, but I am also experienced in delivering psychological education sessions for the school, organization, or community. I am also open to consultation for organizational or systemic matters. I, and we do believe what WHO stated, that there's no health without mental health.
