Over 9 years of experience in teaching human anatomy and scholarly activities in medical education. Facilitating lectures in a large group and small group active learning formats. Delivered Integrated systems-based medical curriculum using a variety of methods and technology-enhanced learning approaches. Experienced in delivering teaching content in anatomical sciences presented in laboratory and didactic sessions for the Integrated organ systems-based medical curricula of the pre-clerkship years of MD program. Lead in the development and implementation of anatomy and embryology content across the three phases of the MD curriculum and Participate in Phase, Module and Clerkship meetings to integrate anatomy content with other content areas. Providing innovative teaching methods such as Team-based learning(TBL), problem-based learning(PBL), Case-based learning(CBL), and Self-directed learning (SDL) in a small group environment. Curriculum planning, implementation, evaluation, regularly updating course content, and providing Instruction such as active learning and adaptive learning. Developed new instructional materials and teaching techniques with participation in ongoing reviews, modified course content, and revision of curriculum planning. Conducted NBME and USMLE format questions through Examsoft to assess the development of student accomplishments, grading in a timely manner, and provided feedback to students. Conducting Anatomy practical using digital anatomy media such as Anatomage ®. Conducted formative & summative assessments to evaluate students’ performance.
