As the Director of Trade & Gastronomy at Roskilde Festival Group, I oversee the strategic and operational aspects of trade, circular services and gastronomy at Northern Europe's largest music, art, and activism festival. With a degree in management and food, alongside over 10 years of experience in sales and development, I offer a unique blend of skills for driving sustainable change. I have collaborated with various partners and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions in various supply chains. My leadership has supported multiple teams and projects aimed at enhancing the festival's revenue, reputation, and environmental and social impact. I strive to make people grow alongside great results. At Roskilde Festival, I prioritize creating conditions that enable participants to make environmentally friendly choices aligned with societal needs. My team tests new solutions, products, and business models in a laboratory setting that engages a young audience. With an average age of 24 and 84% of participants under 30, we have a unique opportunity to influence the next generation of consumers towards responsible choices—whether by promoting plant-based organic meals, encouraging the rental of camping equipment as an alternative to single-use items, or shifting from fast fashion to high-quality, durable products. Through my work, I have recognized the importance of addressing both structural and behavioral aspects to ensure that the right choices become the easiest ones.
