Spent the first six years of his career in Lesser Sunda Islands, West Kalimantan, and West Sumatera working with the communities and local government on various medium to long-term development programmes. Over the past 15 years, overseeing and managing multiple nation-wide and regional programmes with support coming from the private sector, bilateral and multilateral donors.
