Founder & Lead Penetration Tester at Shadowsec

About

On the record

I break systems to understand how they fail, before someone with bad intentions does. My work revolves around offensive security, vulnerability exploitation, and simulating real-world attacks. I focus on what happens after the shell, post-exploitation, privilege escalation, persistence, lateral movement, and data extraction. I believe penetration testing should go beyond checklists and tools. It’s about logic, curiosity, and thinking like an attacker, not just scanning ports and reporting results. With a background in computer engineering and years of hands-on experience in red teaming, I’ve built a mindset where every system, login page, or network path is a potential puzzle. Tools like Metasploit, Nmap, Kerbrute, and custom scripting are extensions of how I think, not crutches I rely on. Cybersecurity isn’t just what I do, it’s how I see the world. If you're in this field, you already know: the most dangerous vulnerability isn’t the CVE… it’s the assumption that “we're secure.”
