I have more than ten years of professional work experience in human development, empowerment of youth and women, individual and group coaching and mentoring by making difference in challenging environments. My background lies in designing, developing, and implementing (through need identification and testing process) training and other interventions’ programs to support people across youth, teachers, employees from NGOs, corporate companies, and government organizations. With my ability to communicate with both internal and external members, I excel at delivering powerful learning tools while effectively driving program analyses and modifications to meet and solve peoples’ need.
