My background spans every stage of the real estate cycle—from property valuation and due diligence to marketing, financing, and title resolution. I’ve managed hundreds of transactions, developed deep relationships with builders, investors, and sellers, and built a proprietary database of more than potential buyers and sellers. Before launching my own ventures, I led global logistics operations at Fresh Del Monte Produce, overseeing complex supply chains and international coordination. That early experience instilled a data-driven, results-oriented approach that continues to guide how I evaluate markets and opportunities today.
