I’m an experienced Heavy Machine and Production Operator with a background in mining, mechanical services, and refrigeration, and a proven record as a Health and Safety representative. My career has always been built around safety, risk awareness, and looking out for my team. When COVID reshaped my family life, I stepped into the role of Stay-At-Home Dad, where I developed resilience, adaptability, and a new passion for online work and connecting people to solve problems. Today, I bring that experience into mental health as I lead business development for Therappai — an AI-powered therapy platform. Having lived the FIFO lifestyle and seen first-hand the pressures it places on individuals and families, I’m passionate about making mental health care accessible 24/7 and affordable to all who need it, especially for those in high-pressure, remote, and shift-based industries. My mission is to bridge the gap between tough work environments and the support people deserve, helping to build healthier, safer, and more connected workplaces.
