Ezra B••• Jr. is a dynamic naval officer, entrepreneur, and public speaking specialist with a multidisciplinary background in infantry operations, maritime, aviation, and strategic project management. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a wide range of technical certifications, Ezra blends academic insight with operational leadership—whether leading ground forces in high-tempo infantry operations or overseeing complex aviation and maritime projects. His versatility and mission-focused mindset have allowed him to thrive in diverse command and administrative roles across the Royal Bahamas Defence Force. As a commissioned officer, Ezra has led teams in infantry, logistics, and military police operations, securing critical national infrastructure and coordinating outpost and government site protection. He is known for his ability to lead under pressure, inspire those around him, and deliver results with precision and integrity. Outside the military, Ezra is the proprietor of a growing security guard company and event rental business and a proud member of Toastmasters International—First Bahamas Branch Club 1600—where he continues to refine his skills in public speaking, mentorship, and professional development.
