I have participated in projects in governments in Brazil and around the world using behavioral economics and data analysis to solve complex issues. I have took challenges such as: how to increase the level of citizenship of school-age children with the Controladoria Geral da União - CGU, to understand innovative behavior at the Tribunal de Contas da União - TCU, to change the remote work policy in the Brazilian Federal Government, to create a model of work engagement in the public sector and to analyze the impact of projects in favelas while mapping behavior of low income families with the NGO Gerando Falcões. I am also CEO of EXPO ENSINO, an organization that helps educational choices and aims to reduce school and universities evasion.
