I am an experienced professional specializing in Learning and Development with a diverse background spanning various industries. Over my career I have honed my skills in training development and management which I now offer as a dedicated freelancer. With over seven months of successful freelancing I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my clients. My previous role at HDFC Life as Deputy Manager of Learning and Development in Ghaziabad allowed me to serve as a Training Manager for the Agency Life Channel. In this capacity I was responsible for training and developing Financial Consultants (FCs) and New Sales Managers. I played a crucial role in new product launch training sessions managing process changes and conducting proctored assessments. Beyond training my role extended to people management involving FCs in various training programs and workshops and implementing recognition and reward strategies. Prior to my freelancing journey I served as an Assistant Manager in Learning and Development at Max Skill First Limited in Kurukshetra. My responsibilities included training new sales staff organizing meetings presentations and maintaining a high pass percentage in Advisor Exams. I actively engaged in conducting training programs fostering engagement through celebrations and workshops and motivating advisors to achieve success. My experience also includes a role as a Branch Operations Officer at Kotak Life in Patiala Punjab. In this position I managed branch operations focusing on customer retention policy servicing and underwriting. My responsibilities extended to cross-selling products processing claims and providing exceptional customer support. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Punjab Technical University where I furthered my knowledge in finance and general management.
