I have successfully initiated and completed several projects in the area of plant breeding, crop genetics, germplasm enhancement and plant genomics. Under the current challenging environments, I believe in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach involving latest scientific discoveries, to improve agricultural productivity in a sustainable environment. I strongly believe that the growth and development of everyone around you is very important for the success of any project/enterprise and I do every effort to make this happen.
