With extensive experience in managing large-scale government-led initiatives I have collaborated with key stakeholders such as the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) NSDC and state councils to strengthen India’s skill development ecosystem. My work spans project implementation policy analysis monitoring and evaluation content and curriculum development and ensuring compliance with national regulatory frameworks. I have led impactful projects across diverse sectors including the Food Industry Capacity & Skill Initiative Domestic Workers Sector Skill Council and the Rubber Chemical & Petrochemical Skill Development Council. As the nodal contact for these industries I focus on driving reforms developing qualifications and job roles that align with evolving industry needs. I am committed to creating innovative educational solutions that empower individuals and contribute to socio-economic growth.
