Hello! I am Erviana, a 7th semester student at STIA LAN Bandung Polytechnic, majoring in Human Resource Management for Public Apparatus. With a strong academic background in HR planning, HR development, HR monitoring & evaluation, Training Need Analysis, HR information systems, job analysis and workload analysis, K3L, Talent Management, Competency Standard formulation, Performance Management and Career Plans and Succession Planning. In addition, I am active in participating in writing competitions with a deep understanding of Digital Transformation Strategy for Optimizing Employee Training and related to HR Management in the AI ​era. I also have experience in the Musi Banyuasin Regency Government, South Sumatra as a Job Analysis and Workload Analysis Team. I have a great interest in the field of Human Resources and am looking for opportunities to become an HR to build a career in Human Resource Management, Planning, and Development within a company or government institution.
