My job is to provide professional & personal guidance to my sellers & buyers through the stressful process. As your Realtor, I will make it easier than you ever imagined. You may be comfortable performing online research, or uncertain about how to tackle the job. Regardless of your situation, I am here to help you. I will manage the process from start to finish to keep it as seamless, streamlined, and as stress-free as possible. I bring strong negotiating skills to the table on your behalf. I’ll watch for the pitfalls that can escape the attention of the busy seller and buyer. I will stay in constant communication with you, so you will know what’s going on at every stage of the process. I am patient and dedicated to your success! As for my background, I raised three sons who served proudly in the United States Marine Corps and completed multiple tours overseas. Raising a family is indeed a rewarding experience. Outside of my work, I am involved with charities that assist children and our military veterans, specifically the Children’s Miracle Network, the Marine Corps Marathon, and the Wounded Warrior Project. In my spare time, I love scuba diving and biking – in fact, almost any outdoor activities. My areas of service include Seller and Buyer Representation, Relocation, Farms & Land and Investment Properties in the Raleigh and surrounding RTP area.
