I'm an experienced leader, portfolio, program- and project manager, who is used to work in political organizations, with all kind of projects and people. I educate, advocate, facilitate and preach about IT, digitalization, project, program- and portfolio- management. I like to solve problems, and I'm good at making people finding solutions to problems. I'm IPMA level C certified, and I also have a MOP foundation certification. I'm a certified SCRUM master and Product owner, and have a PRINCE2 practitioner certificate too. The most important though is, I let people shine while we are having a good time achieving results, in time and with agreed quality.
