Who am I? I am a serial CEO, self-made leader, and certified Executive Coach. I coach managers to become leaders by closing their skill gaps. When I was a kid, everyone asked what do you want to be when you grow up? I never thought that my answer that I want to manage large companies and projects will become a reality. My experience started as Mechanical Engineer, but then quickly pivoted to Project Management and overall business management. Fate willed that I started immediately with projects of 40-60 million budgets euros and learned a lot in the process. After career in metalworking industry and partnering with world known companies for 10+ years, I was in search of my life mission.
