About
On the record
My name is Randra L•••. I graduated from International Relation Studies at Universitas Andalas. I developed my program management skills since I joined two organizations. Both of them rely heavily on abilities in program management. Firstly, I am the division coordinator for the “Langkah Kami Untuk Kita” community or often called LKUK. It’s one of the few communities engaged in empowering Minangkabau women, youth and children in West Sumatra by providing opportunities to promote gender equality. During as program division leader, I’ve managed three sustainable programs such as English class for children, capacity building for women and group discussion for youth called Ungkap Rasa about daily gender equality problems. As a result we were able to reach more 300 people, and had the chance to collaborate with other NGO’s in Padang such as Nurani Perempuan, Kejar Mimpi, also Aisyiyah Orphanage and American Corner Universitas Andalas. On the other hand I joined American Corner around ten months ago by becoming a volunteer and also the staff of the American Corner program division. I have the obligation to organize various programs assigned to me as well as designing new programs that have never been implemented before. Over the last ten months, I have managed more than 15 programs and I am currently planning more than five programs.
