Passion for and demonstrated success supporting US- and country-based government agencies, UN agencies, private and non-profit organizations, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for gender and social norms transformation and more inclusive programming for meaningful, systemic change. Over 10 years’ experience designing and facilitating interactive and participatory trainings and workshops, developing curricula, conducting analyses and evaluations, developing and advocating for gender-transformative policies, co-creating gender and social inclusion strategies, and providing technical assistance for best practices related to social determinants of health, health disparities, gender integration and mainstreaming, social inclusion, critically examining health-related social norms, and holistic gender-based violence prevention, mitigation, and response. Successfully manage donor-funded health systems strengthening, maternal and child health, reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, education, women’s economic empowerment, financial literacy, and livelihoods programming in cross-cultural and low-resource environments. I speak fluent French and have supported clients in Benin, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Guinea, Haiti, Jordan, Kenya, Lesotho, Mongolia, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal, Sri Lanka, Togo, and Uganda
