I am a senior lecturer (clinical education) with the University Department of Rural Health (UDRH) South West on Edith Cowan University's Bunbury Campus. Prior to this role I was 14 years as the inaugural Clinical Coordinator and senior lecturer in the Bachelor of Speech Pathology program at ECU. My research focus is various areas of clinical education, for example using an ePortfolio to develop competency and employability, developing reflective practice, supporting wellbeing. I am also a PhD student exploring professional identity development in speech pathology students. I have significant experience working as a senior speech pathologist in the peadiatric disability field, specialising in working with autistic children. I have a Graduate Certificate of Higher Education focused in Tertiary teaching from Edith Cowan University.
