Hi, I am Sophie and I have 20+ years as an educator. I have a fascinating life journey and I am passionate about achieving Inclusion and Belonging for all at work. This is how BELONGING BASE came to be. We help build inclusive workplace cultures where people thrive because feel that they belong. We focus on areas that make a difference to how people turn up and contribute at work, the things that unite us. We focus on creating psychological safety in teams through healthy MENTAL HEALTH conversations and developing MEMORABLE MANAGERS. We also deliver TRANSGENDER AWARENESS talks.
