Know me in 20": I’ve been an entrepreneur twice but as a #SerialInnovator my home arena is in the corporate innovation game. I built corporate and industry innovation and startup market expansion programs from scratch five times. Playgrounds I’ve shaken include a Nasdaq-listed online game firm, a NYSE-listed telecom carrier, the Australian Government, a TSX-listed financial institution, and Ontario’s 1st multi-sectoral non-capital market financial services regulatory sandbox. 3 #SerialInnovator Tenets: Dynamic Problem Solver: Whether I'm smartifying my home or tackling behemoth projects at work, my knack for innovation knows no bounds. My neurodivergent thinking allows me to connect dots others might not even see. Passionate and Adaptable: I have a fiery passion for what I do, and I’m confident that I do it better. Exuberance coupled with collaborative adaptability lets me pivot when needed - when I see merit in others’ views, no need to convince me twice. I stand firmly behind what I put my signatures on, yet remain happy to be stand corrected. That’s how I learn and improve. Outcome-Driven Altruist: My altruistic nature drives me to identify weak links and empathetically influence others, not from a position of authority but from a genuine desire to improve user experiences both felt and perceived. In other words, I can naturally take lead in initiatives and always working toward the end goal through pragmatic and efficient approaches that strengthens human connections as opposed to burning bridges.
