I was fortunate to grow up as part of an extended family with many cousins. As a true and loyal Brazilian, cars and football (soccer) are in my blood. I always thought I would work with something related to football (soccer), because since I was a child I was fanatic and competitive about it but in a certain moment of my life I realize that cars will always be my passion, it has always been present in my and my family's life. During my Business Degree, around 2008, I started my first Automotive Internship with Chrysler, where they will always maintain a professional and personal sense of satisfaction. In the intervening 12 years since, I have gained experience in Sales Administration and Sales and Production Planning. Sales Administration Experience: Working with Sales Administration I developed analytical skills to create and manage reports of Sales, Wholesales, Stocks and Incentives. I worked with Retail Channel and I had directly contact with the Dealership and Sales Field team. From 2015 to 2018, I worked with Direct Sales channel dedicating myself to Big Fleet Sales and for 3 consecutive years we achieve All Time Sales Record. As one of experts in Direct Sales, I participated on development and implementation of GVN System project for the Dealer Network (Vehicle Distribution System) – Direct Sales module. Sales and Production Planning Experience: During this time, I’ve become a specialist on sales analysis, allowing me to give a clear vision to facilitate decision-making to the company's board. I have developed logical thinking and quick learning skills to adapt fast, and have extensive knowledge about the processes and apply all my skills within my work environment. In addition, I am very organized and detailed, skills that Production Planning demand due to the multiple agendas and processes from the different plants I work with, that currently are 4, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and France. One of my passion is to see dreams come true, since helping my friends with travel itineraries, by the way is my favorite hobby, until see the cars, which I plan so carefully, on the streets leading people to realize their most diverse types of dreams. I’m a big dreamer and I love having people with bigger dreams by my side, these people push us up to the highest places.
