Key transferrable skills: Having overview/Seeing the big(ger)picture, identifying trends and patterns, analytical, strategic thinker, connecting and leading people/ideas/processes. Having experience with the private sector and Civil Society I am able to approach issues from seemingly opposite sides and find the middle ground. This dichotomy is also present in my experience in the educational field: having experience in Higher Business education and ample practice with action learning as part of Capacity building. Additionally my understanding of and practice with Multi stakeholder processes contributes, for example, to building strong foundations of (intercultural) understanding and relations between people and organizations, in a local, regional and/or global context. On the organizational level I design, lead and evaluate integrated programs and on the individual level I coach people to identify their talents and help them tackle challenges in their professional and personal lives.
