With over 12 years of experience in civil engineering, I have worked across various departments within the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, contributing to major construction projects as a Site Engineer, Project Engineer, and now as an Executive Engineer. My expertise spans from project supervision, cost estimation, bill of quantities preparation, drafting construction drawings using AutoCAD, and structural analysis with ETABS and STAAD Pro. I have had the opportunity to lead and collaborate on high-impact projects, including those funded by the World Bank and the UN, focusing on the development of Bhutan’s Seismic Code and Earthquake Loss Estimation. Additionally, as a Trainer of Trainers (ToT) for the Construction Manager System, I have contributed to capacity building in the sector. I am passionate about Construction Management and always eager to apply innovative practices to improve efficiency and outcomes in construction projects. Holding a Master’s degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Adelaide, Australia, I am driven to enhance infrastructure resilience and sustainable development.
