I have experience in R&D process for consumer electrical appliances more than 20 years. • Research & develop for Hatari Electric fan, Air Cooler, Air purifiers • Control and manage a project to finish within the timeline • Coordinate with NSTDA as project manager • Analyze and evaluate market competitors • Coached subordinates to develop new product • Support for technical content and claim to Marketing • Meeting with and sourcing suitable raw materials from suppliers for new product development and cost-saving product • Set up and maintain ISO9001 / • Set up QC standards for new product • Investigate and solve the product out of specification with QA,QC • Setting product specifications, production process, and trial initial production • Prepare WI, procedure, or related documents to support ISO9001 and ISO14001 system • Co-working with international Design Studio • Responsible for project and schedule management • Make product development plan according to client request • Control and make budget planning • Make material research and do costing for material • Advise subordinate staff about technical knowledge related to product. • Coordinate with Sales team or material supplier about the client's requirement • Meeting with the client for product development plan • Other tasks as assigned by management
