I am a self-motivated professional, and a good team player with excellent communication skills. I have over twenty years of experience in HRM, gained by working in companies within various industries, in an international environment. The ability to work on my own initiative or as part of a team with the capacity for learning new concepts quickly combined with good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities has ensured the successful completion of many projects. Furthermore, I consider myself a trustworthy, reliable, diligent, and committed individual who can manage and motivate people. As an internal coach, I help managers at various points in their careers – new hires, new managers, and managers who just want to improve and become great leaders. Through years of working with managers and being a manager myself, attaining NLP Master Coach and NLP Trainer certificates, and working as an NLP trainer and soft skills trainer with various profiles of managers in different companies, I created a unique approach to leadership development. My coaching integrates experience from working with managers in the corporate environment, knowing the challenges they face, and personal development techniques that help them reach a new level in their careers. I enjoy working with highly motivated people, who are open-minded and ready to take action.
