My philosophy for Instructional Design is to design with care and intention. I strive to develop relationships with Subject Matter Experts and try to meet them where they are in terms of their skills and knowledge. Together, we create courses with their expertise on content and my expertise in course design. I am specific and intentional in how I develop and design courses to ensure easy navigation for learners and faculty.
