I have improved the user experience in apps for Android and iOS for more than 12 years. I gained valuable experience and built friendly relationships working on 30+ products from various areas such as finance, security, automotive, real estate, education and well-being. For the last few years, I have been designing apps for customers focusing on performance, self-care and well-being. I am responsible for the positive user experience, usually taking direction on the business goals and objectives from product management. I am always part of the whole process of design development: research / data collection / definition of customer needs / discoveries and design solutions / refinement with developers / check of output / success analysis). I collaborate very closely with other roles that are involved in the development of mobile apps, thanks to which I gained an overlap into other fields such as research, product and project management, development, quality assurance, sales and marketing.
