I have always loved to explore, initiate, implement, and organize new ideas and ventures. Leading the change is something I enjoy. With my background in logistics and e-commerce, I have been busy with keeping things in motion and always finding the optimal solution. Most of my career has been linked to services and solutions enabling e-commerce to grow. Bringing new innovative business models, delivery services, payment solutions to the market is what I have enjoyed the most. E-commerce is changing the way retail is done nowadays, I believe there is still much to do to really unleash the potential of retail but new disruptive methods and technologies are needed to build the future infrastructure for growth. Being part of a global organisation, working with private entrepreneurs and, in a government, owned multinational group has given me a wide perspective on how large organisations perform and how the culture is created. My focus has mostly been on setting the strategy and creating the environment for talents to grow and succeed. To find the right combination of skills and enthusiasm for every task. To see the opportunities for digitalisation and new technologies. I’m naturally curious and eager to learn new things but I also strongly believe in clear strategy and focus – with communicating the vision it is possible to make teams to follow and achieve the impossible – to bring out new ideas and conquer new markets. To win and succeed you always must make the first step.
