Flare is a vivascious Young Papua New Guinean ICT Leader. Graduate in Executive Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Information and Communication Engineering with an highly ambitious aim to become a Chief Transformation Officer or Chief Technical Officer or maybe a CEO someday,#fingerscrossed. Having completed her 2yr Term Nasfund Trainee Directorship Program and attaining certificate in Director Training Development from PNG Institue of Directors, Flare is actively looking out for opportunities to be an Independent Director assisting Organizations in PNG at the Board Level. Flare specializes in Sustainability Leadership, Business Analysts, Digital Transformation and Strategic Management with a lot of focus on but not limited to ICT Management, Consulting, and Governance. Her interests revolve around cyber security, corporate governance, networking & cloud computing, digital transformation, and transformational leadership. Flare possesses great soft skills in Communication, Better Teamwork, and the ability to work with everyone across the organization, a Good Negotiator, very Attentive to details, and also very Committed to what she does but also helping and supporting fellow colleagues/teammates in the process.
