I bring a unique entrepreneurial and sports mentality to the medical device industry. After completing an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology/Sports Management from the University of Texas at Austin, followed by my MBA, I became the youngest NFL Sports Agent in the country. I launched Revolving Mind Media with an extensive sports and business client portfolio. In addition to RMM, I launched Revolving Mind Events centered around helping bridge the gap between athletes playing professional sports to transitioning in the business world with Beyond The Game annual retreats. Entering the Pharmaceutical Industry in 2015 provided the perfect platform to blend my entrepreneurial spirit with the strategic sales mentality needed to succeed. I achieved President's Club in 2019 and 2021 with RVL Pharmaceuticals with the launch of Upneeq to the eye care community prior to joining Bausch + Lomb in 2022. I launched the Infuse Multifocal in 2023 with Top 5 Year 1 total sales within the company while achieving the Rookie of the Year and Sales Excellence Awards.
